1934, W.H. Gispen for Gispen Culemborg, Rare Gispen 411 in Red Plastic Strings

Description

This chair was only in production till 1941. The red plastic rope easy chair. Beautiful elegant design with a comfortable seat. The red rope is still tight. The bakelite armrests are in good condition but lost a bit of shine. The chair shows traces of wear like tiny rusty spots on the base. Another chair is available with white rope but this chair needs restoration while the rope/seat is not well woven anymore.

The width of the total chair is 53 cm, but the width of the seat is 48 cm
